Critic

I am the sole objective observer,
an evaluator dispassionate,
a supportive, impartial adviser,
only antidote to those who cosset.

I’m the true friend who’ll tell it like it is,
who’ll lay bare what is most asinine.
Not an iota of doubt, I’m the whiz,
only true discerner of the sublime.

Separating wheat from chaff, gold from dross,
my faculty of astute acumen
reveals to all an essential ethos
only stemming from this supra-human.

What ornithologist is to a bird,
I’m to art - irrelevant. That’s absurd!
