The Particle and the Wave

In life, as in light, the duality
of all, whether big or small, dervishes
mischievously, making reality
bound in this or that twined polar niches.

Blind if I only go by what I see,
for beneath the mirage appearance blind,
I sense the opposite will ever be.
This realization opens the mind.

For what you get is what you see, but what
you see is not what you always get. This
conundrum, in its weft and warp, is but
a glint into life’s phenomenal kiss.

Particle and wave, I see and I don’t,
but stunting a growing wonder I won’t.
